69th Annual Meeting

The 69th Annual Meeting of Panhandle Credit Union will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the Bay District Schools Nelson Building, 1311 Balboa Ave., Panama City, FL 32401, beginning at 6:00 PM.

The election of the Board of Directors is part of the annual meeting, and as a member/owner, you have the right to participate in this election. Board members serve on a volunteer basis. The term for a director is three (3) years.

Voting Procedures: To be eligible to vote, you must be at least 18 years of age, a member in good standing, and have at least $5.00 in your regular share savings account. Voting will take place during the annual meeting. Before the vote, members must present their PCU membership card or other proof of membership.

Nominees to fill open positions for the 2026 Board of Directors: The Nominating Committee has completed the application review process of candidates applying for the two available Board of Director positions, each for a three-year term commencing on February 19, 2026. The committee nominated two candidates whose names appear in alphabetical order:

Bill Kinsaul: Mr. Kinsaul has served on the board since 2014 and has been a member for over two decades. He also serves as the chairman of the credit union's IT committee.

Nina Ward: Mrs. Ward has been a member for over two years and was appointed by the board in December 2025 to fill Mr. Willard Anderson's seat for the remainder of his term, concluding in February 2026. She has served on the Advisory Council since August 2023.

Nomination by Petition: Members 18 or older who wish to place their name on the ballot may do so by filing a Nomination by Petition Form. A nomination by petition requires at least 120 signatures of PCU members in good standing who are 18 years old or older, and nominees must also complete an Application Form. Nominees may pick up both forms at the main PCU office. Nominees must send a Nomination by Petition Form with required signatures, the Application Form, a color photograph, and a short biography to the attention of the Nominating Committee Chair, 2718 MLK Jr. Blvd., Panama City, FL 32405, no later than Friday, January 10, 2026. If no Nominations by Petition are received, the candidates shown above will be the only nominees; no nominations will be accepted from the floor
